Gong reps are simply the worst in LI.. sorry I have to vent so bare with me....

 why do they all act like the latest sales prophet?? it is an absolute brand killer for the company. no one cares how many cold calls you made last month, how much business you closed yesterday, your top lessons from the year.... most of them were an SDR last quarter. LI gets more and more cringe by the day

it is insane. as SOON as someone joins Gong they start talking about their sales process on linked in.....like cool bro you have been in sales for 35 second CHILL.
that sarah girl who got SUPER popular made everyone feel like they need to do that too.

My only regret is that I wish I was a gong rep when quotas were low and interest rates were more favorable.
No doubt there are some good reps there, but wonder how many of them were relying on a good brand/marketing vs actually good reps.

Honestly, I never bought into them because well I work and serve the Middle East and Africa and their coverage there is 0, I wouldn’t trust their approaches to my markets…and if everyone is doing the same thing it gets redundant if you think about it…be different and be above the crowd.
