If I'm reading this right, they're restricting emails sent TO personal gmail accounts. Which - makes sense. I'm confused about the perceived problem, at least based on this image.

Our org is using Google Worksuite and we have gotten following communication: As of Feb 1st, if an org sends more than 5k emails in a day, or 3 out of 1000 are tagged as spam, the entire domain will be unable to send massages. Its a new thing coming
Only if you are sending to personal emails now, not to companies that use Google Workspace.
