Got the promotion to Enterprise!

I am pumped to have finally made the jump to Enterprise. Its been a long road to get here, with a ton of blood, sweat and tears along the way- but im finally making the jump!

Just wanted to shout it from the mountain tops, but will also gladly take any advice for the transition.

Work hard, get 1% better everyday and network aggressively throughout your org. My transition was made possible because I had a lot of people pulling for me behind the scenes across my org. Treat it like a deal, identify your EB, Champion and coaches for the role and create a plan to meet their deliverables for promotion.
