Help with representing attainment on resume

Hello! Wanted to crowdsource some advice here on how to represent my attainment on a resume. I had a great conversation with a recruiter yesterday but he asked that I re-word my attainment on my resume by fiscal year, and also provide any awards, stack rankings etc.

A couple more background details:

  • I've been in the same role/team since Q2FY22, but changed from public sector to life sciences territory.
  • As my company's quotas are on a quarterly basis, my resume currently only has the following bullet for my attainment:
  • Generated $1.42M revenue in Q4FY23 (63% attainment) and $770K in Q1FY24(138% attainment) (average deal size $300K, average six-month sales cycle)
  • Both territories are enterprise accounts with deal cycles that are several months (even years), and the quotas were not prorated to account for this, so I'd like to somehow convey this "ramp" period.
  • My org does not provide any official stack rankings. As far as awards, I got team MVP for FY22.
  • I've summarized quarterly attainment in screenshot below.

Anyways, if anyone has any thoughts on how to summarize this most compellingly, please advise. Thank you!!!

I'd do as Kosta and oldcloser suggest - annualize your attainment. You don't need a bulleted list. Highlight that MVP and any other achievements (grew pipeline by x% for example, if it's a high metric).

What is your FY 22 annual %, that looks like over 100%. I would be putting that to discuss your ability to ramp up quickly and how you won MVP your first year there.

I didn't read all the numbers but what the recruiter is telling you is to put your attainment in the simplest possible terms so that any idiot (ie your future boss) can understand it.
