Help with the Portfolio Questionnaire

Hey Everyone,

I'm reaching out as I keep trying to finish my profile and it's asking for attainment stats from 2021. For the majority of 2021 I was in a CS role and so I get a little stuck. I've reached out to support twice, but haven't made any headway. Anyone that has run into similar issue or has suggestions on how to answer the sales profile questions in the context of CS is greatly appreciated.

I've been job hunting since September and the search definitely took a nosedive around Thanksgiving due to hiring freezes. Any help/ words of encouragement/ advice, etc. are greatly appreciated.

Only advice I have is to keep at it. Check out the list put together by Corp and the folks at Bravado of companies that are still hiring (there's a lot).

I know remote roles are on the downward swing, which certainly limits possibilities for a lot of folks who aren't in Silicon Valley/NYC.

What sort of stats DID you track as a CSM?
The CSMs i know have to rank their accounts: red,green, yellow. How many did you keep in green? How many renewals did you complete/assist in? How big was the book of business you managed?
Maybe that sort of info would be appropriate?

Keep at it - it's not you, but it's going to be a grind. The link punishedlad posted is a good place to start. Tennis has some good points about how to look at attainment from a CS lens.

The holidays are the WORST time to job hunt. Good on you for keeping at it though.

Can’t help you with CS metrics but be sure to focus on quantifiable metrics on your resume.
