HOW IS SAAS HIRING MARKET RIGHT NOW ?!

How good is it right now to switch jobs ? especially I'm in sales and SAAS market isn't looking good in NA ! is it worth moving or should I just keep burning myself while they micromanage me ! too have a constant source of income !

Not as many are hiring, but still plenty are. I have definitely noticed a drop in recruiters reaching out via linkedin

Cooled down a bit, but never let rumors on a social media platform stop you from pursuing an opportunity.

Many of the hiring binges were premature. I suspect the market has corrected a bit, and there is hiring in tech.
