How to get personal phone number/email ?

Hi everyone,
i just starting out as an SDR at an Outsourcing Company. And because the number at our local market is not very good, my company want to create a team to reach to EU Market, which is my team.

Hence we have no connection nor experience in the EU market. We can only get leads from websites like EU-Start up, Goodfirm, Clutch,... and the most we can get is general number/email on the companies' website which only get us to the gatekeepers.

I have no result in my first month trying to contact these public numbers/emails. Can you guys help me out with my 2 questions:
. I don't know because I'm suck at cold call/cold email or because it is not worth the time to contact these number/email ?
. If it is the 2nd case, how can I get personal phone number/email ?

Also my company don't have the budget for Zoominfo. We have Sales Nav tho.

Thank you for your time.

Don’t be cry! That you are even asking how to get personal numbers says your head is in the right place. Your company’s head is up its collective colon if they’re asking you for cold outreach without an enrichment tool.

There’s this thing called GDPR that tends to get EU peeps a little cranky when you call them directly.
You familiar? It says you must have consent before calling. So, it doesn’t get easier with personal numbers.

Call the work lines. Use email. Use LI to earn the right to call. Don’t quit. You don’t suck. Well, you might suck, but you’re new. You’re supposed to suck. But don’t stop. You’re earning your stripes. ✊

It’s always a bit challenging initially but you will nail it soon. As others mentioned GDPR is kind of strict, calling directly might backfire. I understand company doesn’t have budget for Zoominfo but there are other tools like Apollo.io that has free plan where you get some free credits - something is better than nothing :)

Lusha works quite well in the EU. Also if I'm not mistaken there is a public database in the Scandinavian countries to find mobile numbers

Echoing above - Linkedin SalesNav is good. Downloading the Wiza plugin can help get contact info from LI. Or can try RocketReach. But yes, GDPR.

There tend to be issues getting personals in EU, work phones work well. Could always use salesnav to message and ask for a call too. Doesn’t seem like the org is setting you up for success though

So do not think that it is not worth the time to call these numbers you are getting! Call them anyway and call them through once a day. Do your best with the tools you have. Good luck!

Hey there, and hang in there! I use Apollo and Lusha to get phone numbers and emails, I always try calling the office lines first, and then start reaching out to their personal numbers later.

On holidays, send everyone an email. Lots of OOO emails include a cell. If your company refuses to purchase Apollo, Zoominfo, etc this might be the only option
