There are different of kinds of mock interview sales pitches that i've come across, but I would look for some insight into what values the company holds high and what does the job description say. Then go back to sales basics and plan out how you will hit every point that they will care about (timing, implementation, next steps, etc).

Did they provide context and a script? Or any parameters at all? Usually they will give you the scenario, so they're wanting to know how you research what they give you, and are able to speak to the industry as well as the mock company they gave you and the contact you're speaking to.
