I would need HR advice if it can be as soon as possible cause I need to make a decision within a day๐คฏ, sorry I wrote long post but I have to provide the full situation I have been through.
I have been an employee for almost 10 months with a company. Then the company had a economy issue where they took me and some of my colleagues out with a one day notification and 1 month salary as a compensation for their last notice which is stated this clause in the contract. During that time, I have suggested an option of making me a part time with no salary so I can get 1 year certificate of experience. After 2 months end they proposed an extended contract for 3 months which I have agreed on. After my first 10 days of the new contract, I have resigned with 1 month notice, so I do the transition for the new employee and follow my contract. They get back to me saying that will let me go after one day. I have agreed on that as my attention is to resign. But now the salary will be paid for the 10 days I worked for them ONLY or they have to provide 1 month salary compensation as they notified me within a day. Note, the new contract for 3 months just stated the terms and condition follow the previous contract.ย
