Well done lining up your next role before actually leaving your current one. I'm always amazed at how many folks leave their current role first.

What are you going to be doing in FinTech? Still sales management for SMB clients?

I'm on the verge of making a big leap too although mine is more of a change form individual contributor to leadership type of change, if I'm the one selected out of the two finalists. We shall see in the next few weeks!
