2 SDR interviews - For both of them i got to the final stage - got rejected.

1 AE intevriew - got rejected after the first round

I need some advice here.

What are the best ways to answer the most common questions?

. Why sales?

- Why this company?

- Tell me about your self

- What do you know about us?

And then any advice around the most common behavriourl questions you know those dumb ass BS questions that they ask!!!!!!

I have done a lot of homework and prep already but I am still not very confident.

Itโ€™s advisable to ask your recruiter or hiring manager for feedback. Hard to correct an undiagnosed problem. Is there some part in particular that you think you fell short in?

Exactly this - feedback is the key!
Close at the end of the interview to see if they have any reservations that they are comfortable immediately telling you (which you can explain/attempt to overcome).
In your follow-up email, round off by reaffirming that you would appreciate feedback regardless of their decision. This will also show coachability which can go a long way in this job market!

1. Money and you're damn good at it.
2. Company has a great product/service and you just need me to help you hit your goals, looking for a place to plant roots and be the new top leader.
3. I'm a sales machine that hunts hard, pivots and knows how to take a loss and turn it into an a new opportunity
4. Company a great org with great future that needs me to get to the next stage and I can see myself being successful for YEARS.

Just so you know, it isnโ€™t always your response, there are a lot of people in the market for a job right now.

Just think through what you have been doing, what you are good at, and sell yourself the same way you would a product. Think about objection handling and the persona of who you are meeting with to determine talk tracks. Then you are good to go.

Why Sales- I always talked about a class I took that made me excited about sales. So for you it can be doing Tech Sales U. Always include you like solving complex challenges, interacting with people, and money motivated.

Why this company, talk about there product values and reviews and how it aligns with you

Tell me about yourself, hard to give advice without knowing your background. Make sure you talk about being coachable and persistent

Confidence matters too - no matter what your answers are, try to project that quiet confidence that you are the best person for the job. These are intangibles theyโ€™re asking for, not math calculations where thereโ€™s only one correct answer. Itโ€™s often how you respond, not exactly what you say.

This.
And it's hard for us to answer those questions - they're specific to you and the org. You should be able to explain your 'why'

So you clearly aren't doing something terrible since you have made it to the final round twice; as @oldcloser mentioned, ask for feedback! It might not even be how you answered the questions in the first place.
"I have done a lot of homework and prep already but I am still not very confident." easier said than done but you HAVE to be confident. Its better to give a shit answer with your chest out than a great answering shivering lol

Agreed- Also, Iโ€™d add this. Authenticity is key. People are so good at stacking interview questions and answered they forget to be human.
