Is pot legal where you are and do you partake during work hours?

Of course only if it's legal where you live...



I had a boss tell me that when he needed to focus and hammer out 100+ cold calls he would light up a joint and go.


I don't, it makes me way too foggy to respond well to objections. Occasionally I'll have a drink when I'm doing more boring admin work or prepping for a meeting.

I have been maintaining this long running illusion that it 'improves' my productivity.
I just like to get baked from time to time during work hours, then blast off some calls. But it's a slippery slope and frankly I do it maybe 4-5 times a year.
Ol' Randy needed an adjustment period once weed vapes became widely distributed lol...

Regardless if its legal, you gotta be an idiot to smoke during work hours.
A drink or two is one thing, but If I caught one of my people smoking during work hours or at a customer event (ie conference) they'd be gone.

I'm not gonna say I've never done it during work hours, but I will say that (for me) it's not a good idea if I have calls. Have I done prospect research high? For sure. Helps me get in the zone.
