Is the opposite of sales HR?

Costs money, produces no revenue, typically makes getting sued worse, intelligence of a wet fart. 

Having been in leadership I thought my opinion would change but it hasn't. 

HR people are the dimmest bulbs, the flattest crayons, and the dampest pair of socks you'll ever find walking the Earth. 

If you can't do anything useful. Including being an employment attorney. Be HR.
