Yeah, my last one was the worst. I told him I had to take off early one day to help my mom who just had an emergency double mastectomy the day before and he was like “oh, well make sure you get your dials and emails in before you go”. I did not get my dials or emails in that day and so glad not to be working for them anymore.
That guy should be fired into the sun.

Luckily I've never experienced my VP being a dick.
I make it a general rule to never work for a dick. I have inherited dicks or had dicks 2 levels up at several companies. They were eventually the reason that I left both companies.
