Brutal, brutal quarter. Out of our segment only 2 out of roughly 60 AMs are on pace to hit. My streak is likely coming to an end :(

We do monthly quotas here, but either way it's still been bad. Three teams of AEs in the US, and across all three only 20% have hit quota. A few are within striking distance, so they could theoretically hit, but unlikely. I'm on a PIP, and at only 20% to quota with today and hypothetically tomorrow left, I don't think I'm going to make it past Monday.
I'm so sorry, I know you've been struggling. Hope you're making progress on your job hunt.
Have an interview in 30 minutes, and another one next week. I'm excited about the one for next week, but the one today I'm not sure about. Like I'm not sure it's a great opportunity, better than my current job for sure, but that's a low bar to clear.

Big win this quarter was winning a deal that had been teed up for a competitor at the start of the RFP. I'll be the first to admit that rarely happens, so it's particularly sweet.

That's incredibly rare - CONGRATS! I usually rip up the RFP because if you didn't write it, you ain't winning it; but you proved that wrong.
I hear that. We weigh each RFP upon receipt to figure out if we should participate or not. Usually we will anyway - playing the long game, if we don't win this one, we'll be top of mind in a couple of years.
My best win from last quarter was from an RFP I (with the support of management) declined initially. They then reached out to me personally, ditched the RFP process entirely, increased the purchase, and closed. So...RFPs can be very interesting.

I'm 100% but I still choose kill me. Not one time but two time two time
I'm still waiting on one small deal - doesn't make my quarter but I HATE having things roll in late because...well...the customer oopsed on their ability to deliver a promised order by the date they confirmed. Now it will be late and YES it affects my overall quota (adjustment next quarter; don't ask) and payout. Fortunately it's smallsies so it's annoying rather than fatal.
I have a yearly quota. Most KPI's are already checked off! Good luck peeps!!

July killed my quarter before it began. Not ridiculously far behind though so confident in Q4 to make it up.

Thanks! Industry im in is somewhat seasonal and more people seemed to go on vacation this year than even pre-covid.
Oh, we definitely have had a lot of prospects out on vacation as well as people then being sick for a week right after.

I have a customer not paying and we have to lien the job and it was $10k in commission and I donโt get anything until it is paid so that is funโฆ
