However, they're involved in implementing Chorus at my place of work as a method of enabling "coaching". Which screams "lazy" to me.

Enablement is sometimes a waste of time. very rarely did I find good sessions by them.

The irony - I want /wanted to turn towards enablement eventually is now scary.

Also sales enablement at my company: You are spending too much time on unqualified opps and need to qualify out faster.

Weโ€™re also openly called โ€œsillyโ€ and โ€œnaiveโ€ if we point out these two objectives are contradictory.
