Feeling depressed because I recently found out that the promotion I've been busting my ass to get for almost 2 years will initially come with ZERO financial relief (I received a raise earlier this year, and will actually have to negotiate to keep the same base).
We are also now being required to go into the office 3x/wk which is going to cost me $1500/m in gas, parking, and daycare.
The economy is so unstable idk if leaving if the best choice either.
WTF.
