Multi year renewal agreement that came down to the wire. Client was about to lose all access and was completely unresponsive to which subscription year option they wanted to go with. So in a last ditch effort, I just sent the Amendment for the longer term larger discount for signature. Why not right? Sure enough it was signed 24 hours later with less than a day remaining on the subscription. On pace for an upsell coming hopefully by end of June! Huge win back on a projected non renewal!
