I try to keep everything under 45 minutes. Really as close to a half hour as possible since anything beyond risks losing the interest of your audience. Schedule for 45, keep it as close to 30 as possible but make sure you're free to go over the 45 if they happen to be super engaged.

the meeting should be 1 hour. but your presentation should be 30 minutes. You cant show everything so you need to hit on the BIG items that will drive the most impact based on what you know about them.

The goal should be to get them excited, and left going "wait I want to know more about X,Y,Z" and then you schedule more time later to do more of a deep dive.

I set meetings for an hour, but make sure my part is 20 min of me speaking. I like my meetings to be conversational, so if it's flowing right you don't feel like you're presenting.

Part of that is going to depend on what you're selling - is it a huge transformational deal that is complex?

For anything, the shorter, the better, but you need to be sure you're selling to the value your platform brings, so schedule an hour in case you need the time, but in reality, 45 minutes is my target.

Don't book anything for over an hour if you can help it.

Exceptions can often be made in later stages - where are you at with this deal?

And as others have said, make sure they do plenty/most of the talking.
