I honestly think comp plans should have some concrete legal standing that shouldn't be able to be overlapped on a whim. Especially for new employees who take a job b/c of a comp plan.

Lol I have an interview in a few hours for another company.

We had our all hands yesterday and it was mainly the founder saying market conditions are an excuse and that 12 demos a week is attainable..No talk about revenue either.

If you didn't do this before - reach out to existing and former reps on LI to see what the real experience consists of before you take your next position. A little hyperbole is better than straight up fabrication. Best to find out from those who have lived it rather than those who have fantasies about what's going on.
