My last startup used to “highly encourage” linkedin posts. Since leaving I’ve shared a single post in the last nine months. Fun fact, it hasn’t made one iota difference in my actual job performance because, fun fact #2, no one that you’re selling to gives shit about your LinkedIn posts.
