If you went to college, reach out to their career services dept. and they will 100% be able to help you. Even if the alumnus that you're connected to doesn't provide the answers that you're looking for, they can potentially connect you with someone else who'd be a better fit.

So network and ask for referrals so the conversation doesn't end.

Find people that have the role you want at different companies and reach out via LinkedIn. Make sure when you reach out you provide value to them as well too. Can't be a 1 way street.

Are there any people you are connected with or follow on LinkedIn? Do you engage with their content? If so, that could be a good avenue to identify someone you admire from there that can lead to a direct ask.ย

@SalesGuruย do some digging on LinkedIn for the type of companies you aspire to work for and then narrow down some folks with career progression similar to the track you hope to achieve. Maybe you'll be able to zero in on a few potential candidates that you can reach out to directly. Good luck!ย
