Multithreading in Sales

Hi there!

I am starting a Multithreadng project for some fit accounts (200-500 employees and fit sector for us). We sell for HR, CFO or CEO, and we also use Influencers to achieve the DMs.


I would like to ask you for some tips in order of multithreading this stakeholders. Our team will be made by; BDR, Team Lead, Country Manager and VP Finance to contact their Stakeholders.

We are targeting HR Director`s as our Tier 1. When the deal get stucked, we have to involucrate CFO´s, CEO´s, etc.

The final decision is ussually made by CEO or CFO

Its always smart to develop as many relationships with the client as possible. In fact all the best sales trainings highly encourage it.
You need to have messages for the Financial, Technical, and Executive level DM/influencers. And they need to be easily condensed so your Champion can rely the messages throughout their organization.

During a call with multiple stakeholders, write down any questions asked and follow up with that person individually on the topic. It will open up new lines of communication and show you care about them and their needs.

Ie: "I wanted to follow up on your question around XYZ. Here is some context highlighting how we can help in that area. I'd love to learn more about your specific needs, is this a gap today that is impacting your deliverables?"

You can either leave it as a email chain or if you think its something critical, ask for 10 minutes to chat more.

Have messaging that works for all 3 personas. Use all mediums in your outreach and whenever you get an intro and set the next steps say "Typically in the demo we include HR/CFO/CEO, Would you be against forwarding the invite to them? Since typically they want to learn about xyzy
