I either use my phone or a notepad and pen. I feel like if I physically write something down, my ability to retain the information is much higher....too bad my handwriting is equivalent to hieroglyphics....ย

This is 100% me, and I can never seem to write straight either I start on one side of the paper and somehow end up writing sideways and all sorts of silly symbols.

I used to be 100% digital. But in order to retain I write it out the type it out/distill it down afterward. Has helped with my retention as well.ย

I'm a big fan of EverNote, but have been curious around tools that automate the note taking, like otter. Feel like I spend too much time on trying to add notes and not hear key things the customer is bringing up during our conversation

I'm a HUGE advocate for Dooly. It's super easy to take notes and update salesforce at the same time.ย

Do we have to integrate it to salesforce?

Not sure on what it's like standalone or with other CRMs. The integration is the biggest value point for our company (~500 sales reps) since salesforce is so slow and cumbersome.

I feel terrible saying this but I got mine pretty quick, within a couple days of ordering. I keep hearing horrible stories on inventory with them so I got super lucky

Microsoft OneNote or Pen and Paper. Sometimes if I'm sending out a recap email I just type my notes in an email that I'm going to send.
