Officially Making the Move

What's up savages! I officially placed my 2-week notice at the job today and will be transitioning back to my old job. Crazy thing was once all of the shit went down at my current job, my old boss just happened to call me not knowing the situation to propose the idea of me returning.

I was strong with my negotiation on terms and expectations and he was able to following through with each aspect with some pushback from the owners and also secured me a sign-on bonus to cover some of the commission and transition period.

I learned these things from you all and I appreciate the constant feedback and collab.
