Pimp My Resume

What's up fellow Savages,

I wanted to get feedback on my resume from a number of you who are more involved in the war room.

I've been on the hunt for a few months now and haven't had as much success as last time (2020). This is the same resume format, wording, etc, that I used previously and had plenty of success, but you know, things change and fresh eyes always help.

Take a look and let me know your thoughts, even if you disagree with something I've put on here.

You have great logos on there. The only thing I was wondering is if there was anything more quantifiable to add to show impact. Ex) % to goal, rank on the team, increased ASP by x%
I’m prob nitpicking a little because it looks great but to me that would jump out a little more

Honestly great feedback, I’m a little light on those metrics on this version

More results.
Follow template of your oldest job, it's the best in terms of metrics.
Remove basics (e.g. things from job description)

It’s great you have quota but why not include rank or quota attainment.

Any awards won during your time there?

Also feel like you could cut out the books read

Honestly the books read was a new one for me. I also haven't updated my resume in a few years.

If you have quota then why not also quota achievement. I'm having a question mark of why only from 2018 and a lot of short employments but your experience says there's something. Is there a place where you spent multiple years? I've read close to 3000 books in my life and I know a lot sales leaders who read. So it doesn't impress me as a leader? Maybe more on methodologies and say you like reading and mention a few books and that's it. Good luck!

Fair commentary. I’ve included last three jobs on this resume, so that’s why from 2018, those are also my AE roles. I could add BDR role experience before 2018, but didn’t feel it added a ton of value.

As far as reading, I totally get you. I think in this job, not many people go the extra mile to get better over time. For me, that inclusion is catnip, if you/the hiring manager/company values that sort of thing then it’ll be another check in the pro’s column.

Ah makes sense! I think it covers the past 5 years and it's pretty solid. So perhaps more achievements then? Well yeah depends. It's like you're the smartest person in the room until you change the rooms.

I agree with other feedback; number matters a lot - %,$,rank etc. That's the differentiation. Also, do you think making it a one page vs. 1 1/4 would make sense?

Numbers my man, nobody cares about the sales lingo as bullet points. Quarterly quota and attainment to that number speak volumes to hiring managers. Keep it as short as possible and the metrics catch every single sales leader's eyes.

I would keep it one page
