privateryan closed Andersen Corporation for $110.9k to the Homeowner department

I originally met this customer a couple months ago, and he only knew he needed windows. He had no idea what he wanted or could define what his must haves would be. He wanted to rearrange a sun room and get a huge door in there, but that’s about all he knew. So, I spent time putting together options and variables which would all end in a great final result, but not until we were made aware of a manufacturer increase in cost did he finally pull the trigger for an order now that we’ll install next spring. Have to wait a bit for the back end commission, but it’ll be a nice one!
