I was #1 on my team since I started. Just because you are #1 does not mean you will get promoted over others... I had 2 people get promoted over me even though I had higher numbers. They were both there about 6 months before me. It's bullshit but it happens. They lowkey told me that I am doing so well and why change anything now where I could potentially make less money.
