It’s halfway through the month, and you’re trending below where you need to be to make quota. What course of action do you take during the second half of the month to ensure you reach your targets?

How long is your sales cycle? 

If it's possible to close deals in <15 days, I find the quickest closing opps I can and work like a motherfucker to generate as many of those as possible. 

If it's not possible to close deals in <15 days, I find the lowest hanging fruit I can. Any old opps that died due to pricing or functionality that I can re-engage? Any current opps that I can upsell to get to quota?
