Yep, definitely take time away. Recharge. New attitude.
100%. Even if it's just getting outside for 30-60 minutes. Actual time off is best, but if you're not able to, then a quick reset can do wonders
Bonus points for doing it with dogs
I take a walk and remember my life is still really good compared to a lot of people.

Since I like sports, I usually watch some doc’s or read about times where my favorite athletes were in a rut to get my juices flowing. It really has to be dramatized for it to hit me
Company I'm at is in the process of changing a lot of processes leading to thinner lead flow and the reps to call cold lists. Besides the woo woo stuff like meditation, celebrating the smallest of wins is keeping me sane: like connecting with a prospect that gives me the time of day and an actual conversation or asking a good question that hits. The small steps that moves big things forward.
time off and frequent breathers throughout the day
Gym, dog park, long weekend away from tech.
I have a punching bag in my office, it’s great for getting the heart going and aggressions out. Also a couple guitars so I take a break and play for a bit sometimes
It’s not the usual but I always break out Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Kimmerer. A botany professor linking her PhD knowledge with her indigenous background. I can’t always break away into nature but re-working my relationship to the world from one of “why isn’t this WORKING” into gratitude and understanding always helps put me in a better frame of mind to keep selling because I know what I have will help someone.

You have to utilize the company PTO policy. Go do a 4 day weekend trip somewhere and do not think about touching your laptop
