only thing i miss about in office life, is chatting with other ppl.

This^. Hard to replace that, but Remote is the way.
There were good snacks in the break rooms.
But I also have good snacks here. So … I miss nothing.

I miss the team venting lunches. Was 30 minutes of the perfect amount of venting and back to the grind.
I am Remote and I personally don’t miss anything
I wouldn’t mind going into an office for a day every 2-3 weeks. Other than than, nothing.

Fortunately for me - I do not miss anything. I work out of coworking spaces and is fun for a bit. You get to meet new folks, and see how others work too.

Can't imagine the world where I would go back into the office full-time. The 80 minutes saved commuting, the costs saved overall, eating healthier at home and overall better mental health.
I would say hybrid. There is some amazing thing about working remotely, but the office vibe is nice somedays during the week
