This Deal was supposed to be 360k and close middle of last month. But, client changed it's process for allocating funds and what should have been 2 weeks turned into 5. By the time the money was ready to be sent, renegotiations needed to take place because of increases in our costs for one part of this deal.
We ended up just dropping the second portion of the deal and moving forward with 240k.
Good news is the rest of the month is pure gravy as this deal unlocked my renewals of which I have over 500k so far.
