Whole deal was quick as we came recommended from their outsourced IT provider. Selling a technical product directly to a non technical president was almost fun and very refreshing. He asked me some questions towards the end on the security side that legit made me crack up. He apparently thought of an awesome way to keep his accounts secure where he gets an email or text message to confirm its him logging in and in my head im thinking does this guy think he just invented MFA or something what the fuck. Apparently when I explained that this existed he wants that added to all of their tech stack immediately beyond our product.
Anyway, relatively quick and painless deal, I think sometimes we need to remember not to oversell and get in the way of ourselves.
