SaaSguy closed a deal for $20k to the Operations department

This buyer is an interesting character. Doesn't get excited nor upset at anything very neutral, low energy type of person. Very hard to understand when he was engaged or not, but we happened to have the exact product for the exact problem he was having and were able to get a deal closed.
