This was an interest deal as it was a standalone purchase of a product that is usually an add-on and not really something we lead with. This company had an issue and no other solution had been able to work for them so far so it made selling easy. We kicked off a POC and let them test drive the solution and we got the feedback it was working flawlessly. Small gap in communication over the holidays as they were off for a couple weeks and busy once back in office but the Director of IT basically gave permission to his sys admin to take over the evaluation and basically wrap things up.
