SaaSniper closed One Medical for $45k

Was working on a deal that was about 3x the TCV, but unfortunately they were investing a lot of time in other projects and only one exec was willing to sponsor. This led to a scaled back platform, removal of features to meet a low price point that solved a very specific need. Upsell growth in the future for sure.
