Usually don’t post these but I am just glowing about this deal! While not breaking the bank in terms of ARR, it’s such a satisfying experience closing a deal that I’ve poured true blood, sweat and tears into. This deal started off with great momentum, then lost it and eventually turned into a hard no. I found some atypical champions that saw the big picture and essentially bitch slapped the end user team back into the sales process with me proving over and over again, that my solution is the only option. At the end, got a yay vote from all 6 involved, no discounts and they signed a week early. Boom I’m off to celebrate St. Paddy’s!
