Sales Engagement Tracker

As an AE, my org doesn't have a budget for an SEP (ex. SalesLoft, Outreach). Though, our SDRs are using Outreach. This leaves me to track and manage my engagement manually. Given, I'm not prospecting nearly as much as the BDRs/SDRs I still want to be organized.


Any recommendations on a basic spreadsheet tracker for cadence/sequencing? Or something else usable for an individual user?


Appreciate any ideas or something that's worked in similar circumstances.

Before I used to do what I call manual prospecting as below:
Open the Prospects page.
In Account Engagement, selectAdmin|Import|Prospects.
In the Lightning app, selectProspectsand then clickImport Prospects.
Click+ Add Prospect.
Enter the prospectโ€™s information and save.

These tools are very much required no matter what part of sales you in - SDR, ae, csm etc etc. What products are your selling?

Agree with that sentiment. I'm in SaaS. Though the lead flow is pretty decent, I'm still expected to bring in 10% of my pipeline on my own.
