Could anyone share the core difference between B2B and selling to ordinary people?

B2B sells to needs while B2C sells to wants. Imagine you going to a car dealership. Did you really buy that car because the salesperson found pain and you made the purchase without planning to? No. You were on the market and you stepped onto the dealer. Salesperson just took the order. That's B2C. B2B makes you realize you need something you didn't know you did.

Yea, Kosta is right. Complexity is the biggest difference. With B2B you are solving a business need, usually to help out a specific team (Sales, HR, IT,etc.) or the entire organization (LMS, HRIS, etc.). Various factors will come into play for this; budget, integrations, ease of use, what it solves for. For B2C, the biggest thing you are usually solving for is time, if you can give someone time back in their day by expediting a task or giving them a tool that can make them more efficient or can maximize their output.
