This Deal technically took me 2 years and a site visit to their HQ in Dubai. However, in reality it took about 3 months the reason for the delay is that in the 1st half was that they were interested but it wasn't a priority and my guess they were overwhelmed in 2019/20 fast-forward to 2021. the main person I was speaking with got promoted to be the head of the technology department and he got people hired to support working with us. So take away it's ok to put closed lost and stay in touch with your contacts cause well 1st thing they thought about when it came to what we do? me! Always occupy real estate on your prospect's mind.
Disclaimer the deal's estimate can go higher however like most of my deals I base the deal size on how much they disclose that they will consume my service this looked like a low projection but hopefully phase 1 of the integration includes 7 countries out of the 20 so I hope things improve and we build a relationship to push out the mobile network operators they depend on.
