Chase and close by kicking out a competition whom the prospect had signed for a paid POC and then pushed ours without one. So the first meeting, was a no show from our end - bad stuff on us - not me though, my team member was aligned for this, some emergency and so he couldn't show up. A furious prospect had to be chased down and brought her for a call, product and ROI with integration capabilities explained
She had made her mind for the other one already as payment was almost on the verge of moving through. Showed a snapshot recording of our tool at a client site (with client's permission!) And prospect was wowed with the capabilities
Moved hard and closed in next 2.5 weeks
