Should I jump?

Not like that - just a job switch.
I've been doing sales for 5 years at a small startup. Went from the only sales person to managing the department (two AE's and one partner rep). It's the only job I've had since graduating college. Making 50k base with roughly another 50k with commissions and bonuses. I know that's small potatoes to many, but it's a smaller local job market and its more than enough for my lifestyle.
That said, I've been bored recently. I know I could make more pursuing an AE role elsewhere, but is it worth it? I suppose my biggest worry is that sales at a larger org is more cutthroat. i.e. meet your goals or your done.

So you're a manager and you want to consider moving into an IC role again? Why not look for another management role at a mid-market org with 5-6 reps? Shows progression and gets you experience that will turn into your next move.

If you are bored, I'd start looking at what's out there in the market.  For a consistent performer, who is also leading people I believe you are a bit underpaid - but that aside, there is no replacement for being mentally stimulated and challenged in your job.

Do you want to be an account executive because you want to earn money or you think you won't be able manage teams? You can progress else where for people management role, right? Why not thinking about that?

Certainly not opposed to moving up in a mgmt role! Only hesitation would be increased job-stress. Comes with the territory I suppose 🤷🏻‍♂️

You are not paid enough for being in this role for five years leave
