Should the Bravado team warn us when prices/things change in the commission store?

So this morning I was going to get the Fossil Smartwatch that I had my eyes on for a while. For the past months it was 2 000 points, but guess what! It is now 2 500 points... so now I'm pissed AF.

Don't know if it happens a lot that items change "price", but Idk a warning would be nice. Also, why did this item increase??

Please let me know if I'm overacting-- it just took me forever to get to 2k for this watch 😪

@Nairobi: We regularly review items in the commission store to maintain accuracy with current market values.

The market prices of this watch (and the Yeti cooler) have increased since our last commission store update in December.

I can understand your disappointment here, given you'd been saving for this item for a while, and appreciate you bringing this up.

We can work on providing real-time updates for this these price changes. At the same time, we do not want the War Room vibe to resemble that of a shopping website due to frequent updates.

The poll for the commish store refresh would be put up this Friday and can be a good thread to discuss this as well.

ps: there have been no other changes in prices for other items since we last refreshed the commish store.

Hey @Gastyreally appreciate your reply! Totally understand and don't think that we need frequent updates on items. Seems like you are changing the price on a monthly basis? If so, I think a just one monthly price update would be nice.

I had been saving my points for gift cards b/c the black Friday deal posts made it sound like there were going to be some good quick deals on em....and they were taken away a few days before the black Friday event.

The reason I got gift cards is because I don't like holding on to my points. You never know what will happen tomorrow. 🤷‍♀️
