Who has enough time for a profitable one? If so, how many hours do you put in per week to remain profitable? I work at LEAST 40 hours a week in my day job and just wondering if I'm over my head in regards to how much time it takes to maintain something profitable on the side.

Depends what you're looking to do. You could make an agency for copywriting/selling/setting meetings/whatever. Much easier to get "quicker" $ per se.

I wish I had time for a side hustle, I don`t though. With toddler twins, the best I can do is the 40-something hours I put in for my 9-5.

Real estate, long term rentals in particular. I put in maybe an hour a week managing rentals if you add up all of the hours I put in over the year as there are weeks I do absolutely nothing and other weeks where I’m showing properties, etc.
