Disclaimer: May have been asked already, but I didn't find a thread so here we are.
How many hours do you sleep on your average weeknight?
I used to be an 8 hour kind of guy, but recently cut to about 5-6 (midnight-1 am to 6am) and actually find myself feeling fresher, more energized, and clearer, mentally. Just lost track of time a couple nights and went to bed late, and then found I actually felt better the next day and stuck to it.
How long do you sleep, and what are some tips that help you sleep/feel better?
