This deal was a deep dive into defining the right rule and triggers for api and webhooks. Our team built what they needed from a technical aspect. There are other solutions that have out of the box capabilities but couldn’t stretch beyond where they envisioned layering in our solution. We won due to technical aptitude and close collaboration.
