Do some research via social media. We were about to hire a BDR and found a video he posted somewhere of a female getting cold clocked. Not relevant if it was him or not. GTFO if that’s any indication of your judgement.

I want to see how they treat people who may not be considered traditionally important i.e. receptionist, admin assistant/office manager. This can be hard to see in our current virtual environment but the goal is to see if someone is a good overall person and how they treat others. Everyone has different ways of trying to figure this out in a candidate.
