As everyone has stated, CRM is the starting point. Can’t forecast if you can’t track activities, then look at a solution like Clari

there's a ton of them out there. We use Clari at my company. Salesforce has a few reports in it as well I'm sure. You could also do it manually in Excel

You basically need some form of CRM with pipeline management capabilities. From there you and your team will list your "winnable" deals and the revenue associated with them with the expected win/close dates.
