So I came across this too, at first I thought it was about how to get past gatekeepers in the sales process like Executive Admins or Procurement.
However, this podcast is about a Real Estate agent turned social media marketing founder supporting real estate agents.
The Anti-Gatekeepers is about "inspirational women who share candid tales of their journey to success. Without gatekeeping, they divulge the tips, tricks, and challenges encountered along the way"

I haven't listened but I too thought it was some tips/tricks to get past sales gatekeepers. So its about women empowerment? Lots of that out there already.
I havent listened to it, actually did more research on the company the guest is from and the quote was directly from Spotify about what the show is about
