I am going to ramble off a lot of things. Some will be obvious, but hoping some will be different that a canned answer. 

Great listener, hungry, always looking to grow as a salesperson and a person, high emotional intelligence, calm under pressure, ability to separate self worth from their quota attainment, helps others when they can, eager to actually learn about a prospect (not just qualify them), solid team member, never afraid to ask for help, works well cross functionally, has a playbook, a methodology that works and that they stick to

Hopefully some of those are different than what you would typically hear.

Back when I sold dedicated servers, I went to ask a prospect their current disk size, but accidentally said dick size.... ended up with the sale but was a very very awkward call
